Having completed a Master’s degree in Luxury Brand Management in England, she is able to help you achieve what you envision with your brand. Being Portuguese, any project that can be developed is one close to her heart, since she thrives to bring her own culture closer to others.

Lukas

Lukas is Polish yet has lived most of his life in Germany. Before entrepreneurship, he has been active as a Partnership Manager connecting big brands. He knows what is important when creating great projects together. He speaks and writes several languages fluently, is very open and precise in communication, and will reach out to his many connections in order to find just the right ones for your needs and benefits. Persistence, commitment, and dedication is his motto in life!

 

Raquel

Raquel is Portuguese, living in Guimaraes and brings along 20 years of experience in Portugal’s fashion industry. She has consolidated partnerships with several textile companies to offer her successful clients from different countries. Her main objective is to connect customers and manufacturers to produce the best quality products at the best price.

Nora

Nora is our in-house photographer. With several years of experience in hospitality, customer service is significant to her. She brings creative ideas and a great eye for aesthetic when it comes to content production. She loves capturing people and also brings along expertise with product photography, which is great for creating a story behind any brand.

Oliver

Oliver is a multicultural digital expert with several years of experience in brand direction and media/web design, specialized in kicking things off and making the most of existing resources. He has great abilities to understand and to bring ideas to life. His passion and knowledge of people and cultures helps to see and think about projects from various perspectives.

Imagine factories are not responding to you for weeks or months while you are waiting for an important delivery or want to move forward to with a product. This is likely to happen yet not with us! You will get the highest German communication and working standards with us.

  • Innately, the Portuguese are very subtle and discrete. Your project remains within our team and, if at all, factories will anonymously know about it to acquire information. We are only here to help in the background. It is only voluntarily that you mention our name after production, and we will always appreciate recommendations.

We will keep you informed throughout all the processes of manufacturing – even when things don’t go as planned. We believe honesty is what establishes trust, so why jeopardize the basis under which we cooperate.

Our pricing.

As transparency is key, we want to share with you the possible costs you may encounter whilst working with us. We are confident that for you, it’s more profitable to work with us than proceeding by yourself since your work will be done as time and cost-efficient as possible – by experts. You don’t need to waste time with research or sending endless mails to factories. You also save costs as you don’t have to travel to Portugal and drive from factory to factory.

  • As an agency, we charge an initial service charge, which is then deducted once you proceed with production. We believe this to be a fair solution for a profound and trustworthy base.

  • We cover a fee for samples, which may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Transportation costs are also charged. This is a standard procedure, no matter how you go about ordering prototypes.

  • After you approve the prototypes, and we confirm the final order, there will be an additional fee. This fee is a certain percentage that is variable based on product, workload, and the total order amount.

  • We can also take care of how your product finally reaches you. We will find out best prices in terms of shipment for you. We are also happy to produce content for your brand whilst visiting the factories since we understand that content is key, and you want to take your community along the way.

  • Schedule a free call to get to know each other and to tell us about your project & vision. Important factors such as budgeting and quantities are discussed here. We promise to respond within 48 hours! We speak your language 🇬🇧 🇩🇪 🇵🇹 🇵🇱

  • Once you decide to move forward, we will request your first prototype. For this step, we ask for a fee which will be deducted at the end of the project.

  • We listen to your feedback carefully and are happy to make any changes if needed. It takes as many attempts as required.

  • We proceed with production!
